The PAL Planner 2025 is a compact and thoughtfully designed planner by content creator Bushimen (不是闷). This year’s edition brings a refreshed approach with exciting changes, blending functionality with unique design details.

The PAL Planner provides a complete layout, including monthly and weekly schedules and dedicated space for notes. Unlike previous editions, each month now starts with a two-page monthly overview, followed by weekly overviews, making it easier to plan and organise your life.

Leaving aside the traditional settings in the previous planner, each month in PAL Planner started on double-pages monthly schedules, and followed by the weekly overviews.

Paper Quality

This planner features Japanese papers known for its smooth texture and exceptional writing experience. With 79.1 gsm paper and 198 pages in total, it’s ideal for both fountain pens and gel pens. Ink dries quickly and resists smudging, while preventing bleed-through. The book-binding method ensures the planner opens fully flat at 180 degrees, allowing comfortable writing from edge to edge.

Monthly Schedule Pages

Two-Page Monthly Overview: Each month begins with a clear two-page spread, giving you an at-a-glance view of important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, and appointments.
Free Space: The layout provides ample space for notes, sketches, and personal decorations. Customise with stickers, stamps, or illustrations.
Vertical Monthly Tracker: A habit tracker on the side lets you monitor sleep, expenses, exercise, mood, and any other personal goals.

Weekly Schedule Pages

Flexible Daily Blocks: Each week is spread across two pages, with each day divided into seven blocks. These blocks can be further split, offering freedom to record activities, schedules, or personal notes.
Mini Monthly Calendar: Located in the upper left corner of each weekly spread, a mini monthly calendar with the current week highlighted makes for quick reference.
Lunar Calendar: Each day also includes corresponding lunar calendar dates, providing a cultural touch.

2. Work, study, and daily activities | Separate your work/study schedules from personal activities for balanced daily planning.

3. A+B | Divide each block to suit your needs—track to-dos, activities, or simply jot down thoughts.

4. Timelines | Customise your daily plan based on the division line axis, mark it as 24 hours axis, 12 hours on the left column, and another 12 hours on right.

5. 1/4 Method | Use the division line as a timeline axis—track 24 hours, with 12 on each side if you like.

6. Personal-Family Records | Divide each day into four smaller sections for different aspects of life, such as work, family, to-do lists, and creative space.
