Shipping Information

For Domestic Customers

• Free shipping to West Malaysia for orders above MYR160, and to East Malaysia for orders above MYR200.

• Please note: Deliveries may take 3–5 working days if they fall near public holidays.

• Otherwise, parcels typically arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on courier arrangements.

For International Customers 

All orders are shipped from Malaysia. Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and the total weight of your order.

> You are highly encouraged to consider Registered Express Shipment (DHL Express, FedEx etc) as your shipping option. Please note the shipping rates are for courier service which we advocate customers use for security and peace of mind. Registered Express Shipment (with end-to-end tracking) allows your package to arrive faster and safer. It allows you to expect arrival of your goods in 3-6 working days from the day you receive the shipping notification.

> We are now able to ship to India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and several other countries via registered small packet or EMS.
