"Jibun" (ジブン) comes from the Japanese word which means "self", and “techo” (手帳) means planner. This planner is designed to be a planner for myself which not only for a year, but a planner for a lifetime".

DIARY
Kokuyo Jibun Techo DAYs is a "one page one day" planner. It is a notebook full of ways which fun and convenient to use for the whole year.

Each set Includes two notebooks, one for Jan-Jun 2023, another one for Jul-Dec 2023. The thickness for one notebook is almost same with Jibun Techo Diary, so it is convenient to carry around.

 

Each daily page features a T-shape 24 hours axis placed in the middle of the page, dividing each daily page into half. This is a new design that allows you to customise your daily schedules freely on the left and right sides separately. For examples, working and family schedules, to-do lists, life logs, notes, drawing and many more.

There are also additional spaces for you to document the weather, meals or food you have taken or how you felt on that day.


You are now able to know the position of the day within the week or month easily now as the horizontal axis is printed with dates of 3-weeks on each daily pages.

List of _____ / Unlike Jibun Techo Diary, DAYs features pages of freelists that allow you to record your own list, such as restaurant/cafe you want to go, books you want to read, movie you want to watch, gift you have received and many more occasions. 

Monthly calendars from January 2023 to February 2024, with Gantt charts at the bottom for tracking projects. Unlike Jibun Techo Diary, you does not need to flip to another pages for Gantt charts on Jibun Techo DAYs.

You can write a yearly goal and a monthly event together. For monthly event, the first half is divided into January to December a notebook, and the second half (July to December) is in another notebook.

A list of 100 things you want to do in this year. Whenever you have something you want to do, or something you want to buy, it is the driving force for spending your days positively.

An introduction page at the beginning of each month where you can list your goals and track achievements for that month.

Looking back on this year - It is a page that can be summarised monthly while looking back on the Jibun Techo notebook that you have wrote down over a year. 

This planner is not only great for storing information, organising information and documenting the stories and moments of your daily life, but also for discovering more about yourself.

Kokuyo’s THIN PAPER was developed specifically for the Jibun Techo. Lightweight yet durable 52gsm paper, it has a smooth texture that is great for fountain pens and various other writing tools. These papers remain strong and resistant to ink bleed-through and feathering, handle variety of inks well. It’s also durable, holding up well for erasing.

Each page is printed with a light gray grids which are pleasant and unobtrusive. Regardless of the printed format, you could choose to use it or not, decorate it with your washi tapes, stickers, rubber stamps, which could lead to unlimited creativity.

Book-binding methods which ensure the books open flat and fully 180 degrees.
