April 2024 Spring Holiday Notice

🌸 Spring Greetings! 🌸 Please note our upcoming holiday schedule: 📦

1st April - 15th April (Spring Holiday + Hari Raya Aidilfitri)

📦 Deliveries will pause from April 1st. Orders placed after 12pm on March 29th (Malaysia Time) will be processed starting April 16th.

📦 Orders placed before 12pm, March 29th (Malaysia Time) will be shipped before the spring holiday.

Please kindly take note that there might be some delays in deliveries due to the sales period, spring break and/or public holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For Domestic Customers

Free shipping to West Malaysia for order value above MYR160 and to East Malaysia for order value above MYR200. 

Kindly be informed that your parcel deliveries might take some extra days (around 3-5 working days) if there is any public holiday. Otherwise, your parcel could arrive in 1-3 working days depending on the delivery arrangement by the post office or courier company.

For International Customers 

All orders are shipped from Malaysia. The shipping cost of all international orders will be determined by your region, and the individual weights of each product.

> You are highly encouraged to consider Registered Express Shipment (DHL Express, FedEx etc) as your shipping option. Please note the shipping rates are for courier service which we advocate customers use for security and peace of mind. Registered Express Shipment (with end-to-end tracking) allows your package to arrive faster and safer. It allows you to expect arrival of your goods in 3-6 working days from the day you receive the shipping notification.

> We are now able to ship parcels to India, Philippines and Indonesia (and some other countries) with registered small packet or EMS. Feel free to drop us an inquiry via email or chat box at our web-store for further assistance. Please kindly take note that shipments via this shipping method might take around 2-3 weeks (or longer) for the parcels to arrive.

> Please kindly consider the express shipping method, parcels as you will usually receive the parcel within 3-6 working days (usually around a week) after shipment. The postage rates for express shipping are now quite comparable to the standard method, especially since the rates were adjusted after the pandemic.
